Richard and I began this business together, have enjoyed growing it together, and are especially proud of our accomplishments. We continually set and exceed our goals for production and are considered to be among the top 5% producing REALTORS nationally. We are also recognized by our peers locally as having a "can do" attitude when it comes to putting together real estate transactions. We have always felt that good relationships with other REALTORS as a very important ingredient to the successful sale of our clients' listings. I can't tell you how many times Richard has been called by a REALTOR from a competing real estate company for advice, and he has freely given it. REALTORS sell nearly 50% of our listings. It is a good thing to have strong relationships with them. We recognized a long time ago the role technology and the Internet would play in our real estate business. Every aspect of our business is tied to technology. This is the role that I fill with the Eimers Group. From Internet marketing, creating e-mail and regular mail postcards for our clients' properties, to constantly searching for new marketing strategies to providing immediate E-mail responses to prospects to doing the monthly mass mailings, I make sure that everything we do gets done on time and that nothing slips through the cracks. The Eimers Group has an extensive database of buyers and sellers, including clients as well as prospects. Our customized marketing plans vary for each contact and are tailored to each specific need. Our computerized contact management system requires a great deal of constant supervision. Each member of the group has detailed "to do's" that are time sensitive relative to each contact. I make sure that all of this runs smoothly. |
